Dr. Brad L Rondeau

DDS

Dr. Brad Rondeau is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and has 27 years of experience.  Before founding Grand River Dental, he was part of a multi-location practice providing oral surgery, dentures, orthodontics, and other oral health services in western Michigan.  When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Rondeau is very active in local theater; both starring in and directing several plays a year.

Nina Shimko

Dental Hygienist

Nina graduated from the University of Michigan Dental School with a B.S. in Dental Hygiene, and has been practicing since 1998.  She became interested in Hygiene when she was in High School as she trained to be a Dental Assistant for a c0-0p position after school.  She is a Howell native, and has spent the better part of her life there raising her three sons.  Spending time with family is very important to her and two Dachshunds, (Stormy and Sookie) are also on the list of her favorite things.  Nina's other passion is crossfit, and she coaches at a local gym helping others achieve their goals.

Nina gives every patient quality care, and enjoys helping them achieve, and/or maintain their oral health.

Aleita Lovill

Certified Dental Assistant

Allie has been with us for 5  years.  She works directly alongside Dr. Rondeau for all restoration processes.  She graduated from Brighton High School and attended Western Michigan University.  She enjoys drawing, animation and nature watching.

Cara Lynn Thomasma

Front Office Manager

Lynn has been with us since 2023.  She attended the University of Utah and has over 20 years experience in Business Management and Accounting.  She is a transplant to Michigan, having grown up in Southeast Idaho and then spending 25 years in Utah.  The only thing she enjoys more than her pool and her books is spending time with family and seeing her grandchildren.

Donna Kirchner

Accounts/Billing Manager

Donna is our insurance and billing expert with over 40 years of experience in the dental industry.  She has managed both corporate and privately owned practices during her career.  She enjoys helping people and her priority has always been patient care.  In her spare time, she likes spending time with family and her dog Pearl.

Heidi Skuse

Part-Time Receptionist

Heidi is a full-time Physical Education teacher and has worked part-time as a receptionist here since 2017.  Heidi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and helping out at the theater.
